As an active club in the Monmouth and Rowing communities, sponsorship of the annual Monmouth Rowing Club two day Summer Regatta and Autumn and Winter Head races is a great opportunity for you to improve your brand and company's visibility and help us maintain this great asset to the town and local area.
Our Summer Regatta will be held on 24th and 25th May 2025, and usually attracts entries from over 30 clubs from local and national locations, with over 300 races and over 1000 atheletes and spectators attending.
This year we are excited to offer three levels of sponsorship: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Special arrngements are also in place for Club Members to make a Donation. All packages will offer great opportunities to get your brand or company known to a wider audience, as well as the opportunity for two guests to join us for lunch and view the racing from the club balcony on Sunday 25th May 2025.
Details of all our sponsors will be displayed on a large 4m x 2m banner throughout the racing and will get voice mentions over the commentary.
Gold Sponsorship - £300
Gold sponsors will get a promininetly displayed large logo of size of 120cm x 63 cm, a bio of your company on our website with a link to your website, mentions throughout the Regatta and an invite for two guests to join us for lunch and view the racing from the club balcony on Sunday 25th May 2025.
The banner will be displayed throughout the two day regatta and also in the two Head Races, run in September and December.
Silver Sponsorship - £200
Silver sponsors will get a medium logo of size of 40cm x 25 cm, a bio of your company on our website with a link to your website, mentions throughout the Regatta and an invite for two guests to join us for lunch and view the racing from the club balcony on Sunday 25th May 2025.
The banner will be displayed throughout the two day regatta and also in the two Head Races, run in September and December.
Bronze Sponsorship - £95
Bronze sponsors will get their brand or company names displayed in our advertising banner. The banner will be displayed throughout the two day regatta and also in the two Head Races, run in September and December.
Receive an invitation for two people to a Sponsor’s Drinks Reception and Lunch on Sunday 25th May, with access to the Club’s Balcony to watch the racing.
Receive commentary mention of your brand/company.
