Fliss, Louise, and Sue showed incredible strength and determination, bringing home medals in both the 2k race and the 100m sprint.

A Fantastic Day for Monmouth

With podium finishes in multiple categories, our Monmouth women showed just how much talent and dedication runs through the club. A huge congratulations to Fliss, Louise, and Sue for their fantastic performances—we’re incredibly proud of them!

Their success is a testament to the hard work put in during training and the supportive spirit of the club. With such a strong start to 2025, we can’t wait to see what’s next for our rowers!
