Ergo Challenge 5.1 - Brought to You By the Number 3

As we enter Series 5, the two teams are now down to 3 each and this week's challenge is a 3 Km piece.

Personally, I like to erg like the Count, and as each minute goes by, shout "1", "2". However, over lockdown I've turning into more like the Cookie Monster.
